SDC800 SDC1000 multi angle band saw

Hydraulically operated pipe saw specifically produced for the preparation of pipe segments in PE,PP and other thermoplastic materials. Used for production of elbows, tee, cross and other fabrications.

Capacity 630 to 1200mm  OD. Cutting angle is up to 67 degrees. Lowering rate of saw is hydraulically controlled. As are the top-mounted V- clamps used to hold pipe segments in place.

USES and features:
1. Suitable for cutting pipes according to specified angel and dimension while making an elbow, tee or cross, which lowest the material waste and improve the welding efficiency.

2. Cutting angle 0~67.5° accurate angle location.

3. Applied to solid pipes or structured wall pipes made of thermoplastic such as PE and PP, and also other pipe and fittings made of non-metal materials.

4. Self inspection and stop of the machine in case of saw blade breaks enables to guarantee operator's safety.

5. Reliable, lower noisy, easy to handle.
